First Paycheck Challenge
Join us for the First Paycheck Challenge—a fun, teen-friendly budgeting game with snacks! Teens will learn simple ways to create a budget, make smart spending choices, and handle real-life “surprise expenses” in a team-based challenge.

Clothing & Shoes Giveaway
Join us on Friday, December 5, from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the Lighthouse Community Center for our annual Clothing & Shoes Giveaway. We will be offering new and gently used items for all ages, available at no cost to the community.
Each individual will receive two bags to fill.
Please note: No early entrance. First come, first served.
We are grateful to Agape Ministries, the Adams County Juvenile Department, and Bethel Church for their partnership in making this event possible.
Located across from the high school, the Lighthouse is committed to serving families with dignity, warmth, and community support.

Othello Community Leadership Program
RDI is pleased to share that registration is now open for the 2nd Othello Community Leadership Program. This cohort-designed program is for anyone who wants to make a difference in their community and sharpen their professional skills. One particular focus of this cohort is to engage the 16-24 year-olds in Othello. Anyone can apply and preference will be given to those in that age range.

Youth Back-to-School Celebration
Kick off the new school year with us at Lighthouse Community Center! Enjoy free backpacks and essentials from the Fresh Fit Closet, tasty treats from the Lighthouse Café, music, games, and fun. Let’s celebrate and support our youth together!
Car Wash for Pet Rescue
Join us for the Youth Club’s final project of the summer—a community car wash to support Adams County Pet Rescue. Come get your car cleaned and help give local animals the care they deserve!

Bridges Out of Poverty Workshop
Explore the Individual Lens and practice tools to evaluate yourself, the workplace and the work you do.
These tools are intended to help individuals identify beginning steps for changing program designs, policies, and procedures that lead to improved lives.
